Hot or humid weather can make you sweat and requires additional intake of fluid. Heated indoor air also can cause your skin to lose moisture during wintertime.

Symptom of illness like vomiting, diarrhea, fever. If you are suffering from this illness then you have to take lots of water and need oral rehydration soution such as ceralyte, powerade and gatorade. They are other condition like bladder infection and urinary tract stone. Same in this condition you need to drink lots of water.

Exercise.
