After your bath, dry troublesome areas thoroughly. The bad odor that develops as you sweat could be from bacteria. To kill those bacteria who cause awful smell will be done by washing and drying your body.

Wear loose fitting clothing and light-colored. If you sweat on your clothes then it will not clearly visible on light color whereas loose fitting cloths will allow air to circulate next to your skin.

Look for an antiperspirant with aluminum chloride. This is the active ingredient in most antiperspirants that works by blocking the pores to prevent sweat from escaping.
The other methods of treating excessive sweating, like homoeopathy or acupuncture, have had disappointing results. There is a type of surgery that can help those who simply can't find relief in any above methods. The surgery requires the excision of the axillary sweat glands.
